Whether you're completely new to spirituality or looking to reconnect with your inner self, Level 1 provides the foundations to begin your spiritual journey with confidence.

Throughout this five-week course, you'll discover how energy works, strengthen your intuition, and build a deeper connection with yourself and the spiritual world. You'll learn practical techniques to support your everyday life while developing trust in your own natural abilities.

This course is designed to help you feel grounded, protected, and empowered as you begin exploring your spiritual path in a supportive and welcoming environment.

During this course you will explore:

• Meditation and mindfulness
• Chakras and the energy system
• Working with crystals
• Connecting with Spirit Guides and Angels
