The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year — the still point where darkness reaches its peak, and the light begins its quiet return. In old tradition, this turning of the year is honored as Yule: a gathering of warmth, reflection, release, and renewal.
It is a time to pause, soften, and remember ourselves.

Join us for a peaceful evening held in front of a glowing log fire, with the comfort of hot cocoa and the gentle presence of the Yule log, symbolising the return of light, strength, and hope.

This workshop offers a tender, soulful space to let go of what the past season has carried, reconnect to your inner light, and step gently into what is ready to emerge.

During this ceremony, we will move through:

• Gentle Grounding
• Breathwork & Energywork to soften the heart
• Centering into stillness and presence
• Reflection on what is ready to be released
• Release Meditation — letting go spiritually, emotionally, and energetically
• Yule Log Ritual — offering a physical symbolic release to the fire, honoring the returning         light
